Big Brother 7 star Imogen Thomas has started dating an American private eye.The 24-year-old met the investigator while in Miami on a modelling assignment recently, and she is hoping to get to know him better over Christmas."He's absolutely gorgeous, I only met him a week ago but I've already asked him over for Christmas," Imogen told the Daily Star Sunday. "He's not sure how long he can stay but I want him to meet my mum."I couldn't believe it when he told me he was a private detective - it sounded like a dodgy chat-up line at first but I made him show me his ID card to prove it. My mum couldn't believe it when I told her I'd asked a private detective to come over for Christmas."Imogen also revealed that she is still receiving plenty of work offers on the back of her Big Brother stint in 2006."The modelling work has really stacked up," she explained.

Since it's one thing to hear about the wonders of matchmaking from those who sell the service and quite another to experience it yourself, I decided to test the viability of this venerable institution by asking three matchmakers to work their magic on me.
